Sorry for the delay....other things have taken over for awhile. I did have a chance to investigate a bit more, tho'. The shear pins on the PTO connect flange are both broken, but the gearbox still doesn't move....no wonder they broke!! I reached down through the snow exhaust pipe and could not move the impeller move than an eighth inch, if that. So, is the impeller jammed preventing the rotation, or is the gearbox crunched?? That question I won't be able to answer until the weather changes enough that my wrenches are willing to work out in the frigid air for an unknown period of time......Thanks all for your thoughts....
