My name and signature

The other day I was registered as just Country Boy and the server crashed,I could not log back in as Country Boy,thus I added the 1 to the end of my name and had to register as Country Boy 1,how do I get my name changed back to "CountryBoy"?
Also how do I put my signature in italics and add color to it ?

You should be able to re-register using your original name and password. If you can't you may need to delete the TBN cookie. You should also read the thread about what to do if you were deleted.

{color:blue]{i]replace the {} with [] and add the text you want between them[/i}[/color}

I deleted the cookies........still won't work...
