My New '83 Husqvarna Chain Saw

There are a lot of stations around here that sell (marine fuel) ethanol free gas. That is the only thing I run in outboards, generators, mowers, saws, pressure washers and anything else with
a small engine. You might with some boat owners close to you.

Thanks for the suggestion. I wasn't aware of the ethanol situation until I posted this thread. I think from now on I will seek it out.

I run my saws on Shell V-Power mixed with synthetic 2 stroke oil. If I know they will sit a while I also will add in SeaFoam at 1 ounce per gallon. My saws sit for months sometimes, but with this fuel "blend", I have had no issues with today's poor gasoline.

I've gotten where I run nothing but the straight gas in lawnmowers & all 2-stroke equipment. You can always get it at the lake outlets but I get mine at the station where I get my AG-Diesel. It seems to have really made a difference in the ease of starting all my stuff.
