JIMSNTCRZ,

I bought a 3030 end of July, I like the extra's, lower links, lights, even though the loader blocks the beam, etc.. However, I like the overall looks of the 7800 even though it is dated.

Top and tilt, what did that set you back?:D

That is a Landpride PD15 with a 9 inch auger and it is fantastic. I have had no problems at all with it. I love the look of the B7800 and that is why I bought it. I was playing around with the 3030 but the 7800 is a nicer looking tractor and the 3030 has wimpy fenders LOL. I don't think it is dated, its a tractor

I agree with Timber.

I toyed with the 3030 but bought the 7800 because I felt it looked better. But, it's purely a matter of taste........

I like the lower links on the 3030 though.

OK guys here's one...I seemed to have developed this high pitched almost like a squeakng sound comming from the rear the tractor....It's when step on the pedal and start moving....I'm gonna call the dealer tomorrow and ask if it's something I should be concerned with....I have 19 hours on this B7800...Anyone else getting strange noises...I know it's a tractor but it's a new one and a little concerned.

Almost like someone scratching their fingernails on a chalkboard but continuous.

check you transmission fluid level and make sure it is up, 19 hours all ready you are playing hard aren't you. I get a little squeal out of it on a cold morning but it goes away real fast. I do keep it inside all the time. I don't think you have any cold morning issues though. You may have bled off some more air with your top & tilt and dropped your fluid levels. Double check for leaks too, Kubota is like a Dragon, they can't take a hit in the belly

Thanks Timber.....I keep mine in my garage too...checked the tranny fluid looks OK...could hardly see it on the dip stick until I put it under the flourescent lights in my garage...I'll check it again in the morning...I was thinking it's just a break in squeal...Seems to do it more when I'm cruising...Like driving over to the other side of my property...Doesn't seem to do it when I'm working...

OK it's 12:21 AM...couldn't sleep...

The fluid level seems to be about 1/4inch below the upper marker...Seems to be getting a little darker color..not much though.. Bucket down....Box scraper down...nothing under any pressure....

Thanks again

OK here it is....I went to the dealer and the service manager told me to check all the lug nuts......Sure enough all the front one's needed a good 1/2 turn and a few in the rear...he said they seem to come loose after 10 hours....

Another service technician told me about the 3 pt adjustment and not to mess with it and he will come up if it persists..

For now all seems to be quiet in Bota land...no more squeak, squeak, squeak

Jim
