The best part is that it's so big I wouldn't see my wife for weeks. That'd guarantee a long happy marriage!

how many tractors come with it?

Hmmm. French tractors.
Don't know if I can drive in reverse all the time...
Hopefully it comes with a full range of German made John Deeres.
I wonder if they have a three point hitch guillotine for motivating the servants.

Down side is the whole travel to France thing:shocked:...here's an American alternative...this little piece of medievel re-creation could be a "preppers" dream spot ! Castle Post - Lexington Kentucky and the best thing is you don't have to fly or float to get to it !...dunno what the asking price would be, however probably less than 21,000,000 euros ! Another downside is it is not antique like the french one...upside, bass fishing and whitetail hunting are available in the area !:cool2: and, tractors of all type and sizes are very common and available and as you can see from the pics there's alot of land to play on !

I want the castle turret room please
And I'd like the optional peacock rentals too.

And who would have thought, right here in Kentucky.
But I bet they are well stocked with made in France Grey Poupon...

Castles are marvelous, and often wasteful testimony to male ego needs, but
when you say your home is your castle, every one knows what that means.
Sitting at your hearth, minding your own business while the rabble stays outside the moat.

And you gaze over the gleaming green hoods of your John Deere fleet
while your serfs are only allowed Zetors at least twenty years old.
But that's not your problem. You've been working on much larger issues.
You have bats in your belfry...literally and figuratively.

And the room rates arent that bad either. $830 per night double occupancy so I guess that is 1600 per night for the Turret rooms. 300 and change for a regular room is comparable to most 4-5 star hotels around the world and you have to pay for your dinner, this one says dinner is included.

Thanks for the link, I enjoyed looking at the pictures. I love the rock and wood used in the building and furniture. Really just about impossible to duplicate to get that authentic look. The grounds look like something out of a movie, just too nice to be real. The funny thing is that if I had the money, I still wouldn't want to live there. I would love to spend a couple of days there, but I think that once I've seen it all, I'd be ready to leave.

Eddie, My Mrs. and I are the same....We have seen these huge homes, castles etc. like these and other 40,000 sq. ft and up houses...No way we would ever feel comfortable living in a house like that...It would always be a building or house to us and not a home....I mean, how can something like that ever be cozy or warm in feeling...? I know what you mean...and agree.
