Thanks for the reply Redbug. I am familiar with the Live Oak. On my land I have planted Lelyland Cypress(evergreen) around the perimeter and am pondering what to plant on the interior. That was the reason for the question.

I bent my 2ND level indicator! Very frustrating. The first time I know I caught it on something. I don't know what I did this time! Is there a better way to do this? Maybe something more flexible thru the tube?

Cut it way down in size, you don't need it that long and as I recall, the manual even talks about cutting it down in size.

Yup, your right, good idea...I cut my level indicator off shorter and now have it marked with a "level bucket mark". However...a person may NOT want to cut the indicator at all...it's a good place to fly Ole Dixie!
