Sold my L3800 about a year ago due to getting older I cannot take the Summer heat along with all the heat from the engine, so I put by small grading/acreage mowing business on hold for a year. I decided I needed a cab tractor with heat and air conditioning to comfortably work during hot or cold months as well as cutting down on the dust and allergens while mowing. Decided on a L4060 HSTC 4x4 with the LA805 Loader with the quick attach 6 foot round back bucket that has the bolt on cutting edge. Also went with the 3 remote hydraulics in the rear for the top n tilt, side tilt, and the hydraulic rippers on the Land Pride HRL3578 Box Scraper. This machine should be a workhorse and very comfortable to operate compared to my L3800. I did also order a WoodMaxx FM-78H PTO Flail Mower (78") with hydraulic side shift to take care of acreage mowing jobs.
Took three weeks for the tractor to get ordered and shipped to my local dealer here in Arizona, she arrived last week and they have been putting it together, when I stopped by to see it last Friday they had the remote hydraulics done, just need to install the loader, load the tires, and it should be delivered Tuesday.
Here are a couple of pictures after it arrived:
