As I promised over in the Buying forum, here are the pictures of the new work-horse. Took delivery last Saturday. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

It had 1.5 hours on the meter on delivery, checked today and I'm at 4.9 now, mostly trying to scrape the 6 inches of ice off from my previously unplowed driveway.

I guess what you need now is some snow and rain to make some more ice /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Pic #5. Had the dealer add 3 bucket hooks, one on each end and one in the middle. Their welder didn't make the prettiest welds, we'll see how they hold up.

Got the Quick Attach on the LA1162A self-leveling loader. This should be handy when I get a set of forks. It will be nice too if I get a front blade for it. If nothing else, I can drop the bucket for added visibility when doing field work without taking the whole loader off.

We got an inch or two of additional snow yesterday (Tuesday 2/24), but the idea now is to try to get the snow up before it freezes solid. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif That means that I got another hour of seat time tonite. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Larry

Congratulations, that sure looks like a nice rig. It looks familiar. You will be really glad you have that skid steer quick attach when you go shopping for attachments. I was at a dealership the other day and they had some non quick attach buckets but most all the other attachments and most other buckets had the universal quick attach.

Enjoy getting to know it.
Eric

The picture attached is of me loading chips. I am in the skid steer and my dad is using my m9000.

Eric,

Thanks. It will be fun getting to know the machine and learning to use it's full potential. I have to get a plow and disk before spring. I found a 4-bottom plow in Pennsylvania on equipment-locator.com that looks like a possibility, just have to get a day free to go look at it. They have an 8ft disc too, so I may be able to kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
