A better way to post pictures that are located on another web server is to LINK to them. That way those with slow modem connections don't have to get bogged down waiting for the pictures to load.
Example:

Looks great!
Is that the heater located under the dash on the driver's side?
It also looks like the driver's cup holder is converted into a vent that can be directed at the windshield. Is that correct?
Is there a valve that used to control the coolant flow through the heater or is the heat controlled by a fan - either on or off? Can't see a valve in the photo.

that is correct. The drivers side cupholder is not the defroster duct for the windshiels and there are also 2 more ducts under th edash for feet heat.. There is a 2 speed fan and the shut off halve is under the hood inline with the one radiator hose to the heater core under the dash..
