My new to me John Deere 566

Netwrap is fed from NW attachment down outside of tailgate belts to formed bale in front of lower tailgate roller. Be sure netwrap guide on tailgate is adjusted within spec's. Any deformities/imperfections in belts/belt lacings or starter roll can snag netwrap keeping it from being applied to bale. Is the any foreign material on metal starter roll? Are you releasing NW brake when attempting to feed NW between rubber & steel rollers?

Sorry, been very busy. I found a few spots on the rubber roller in the net wrap attachment. Looks like previous owner used a knife there and jabbed the tip in causing the rubber to stick up ever so slightly but enough to catch the net wrap. I used my knife and laid it flat and pushed it against the grain of the rubber burr to remove the snag points. I've only put 17 bales through it but it worked fine so far.
