Looks great, what did you use for insulation, on the walls. Is it pole barn construction or is it built on the slab? I like the way the walls were framed.

Look's nice. I wish mine had the plumbing for a toilet. It's not the urinal part I'm worried about, it's the 100 yd sprint to the house for other matters. Gives new meaning to the term "pucker factor".:D:D

Makes me think of a classic book: "Fifty yards to the outhouse" by Willhe Makeit.

Good Evenin Goodoleboy,
Very nice ! Im sure you will really evjoy that building for many years to come !

Im just curious who you went through, and how much work you did to come in that price per foot ?

Thanks for the great pics !

BTW what will you use to heat it, or arent you planning to do that ?

Yeah, that sure is a nice workshop.
I just got mine done too, a 40' x 50' footer, but it is more like $35 bucks a sq ft. I did notice your home building costs are about a third of what it is out here too. So to me, you got a heck of a deal.
Mine included everything, all electrical (110v and 220v), insulation, 2 roll up doors and a bathroom with roughed plumbing for another sink in the building. I wish I had the 2 roll up doors across from each other like you did for better ventilation and I don't have windows like you do.
The wood framing on the interior of yours and the trusses (I presume?), is that standard construction or did you add that? Mine is 12' tall with a high ceiling with steel purlins running across it (no trusses).
It won't be long before you get it filled up either. I thought I made mine big enough.:)

I made mine 32x40x12. The wife wanted smaller, I knew I needed bigger. Mine is packed full with a truck, tractor, 5' bush hog, 5' tiller, 5' grader blade, cub cadet riding mower, and an endless supply of other necessary items. I generally use the winter to clean up, but I was on the injured list all last winter, so now I've got 2 years worth of junk collected that I need to do something with this winter.

It makes for a good excuse to spend a cold winter Saturday out there putzing around.

Nice! I am so jealous. The really great part is if you ever end up in the dog house you won't have to stay in that little smelly place where the dog lives. :D:D:D
