Yea, but I think you mean Western KS looks like there and Eastern KS is a whole different world. I lived in Elizabeth Colorado for 5 yrs and then Blackforest Co for another 5 yrs. I worked on Garden of the Gods Road. Colorado got too crowded for me.....There was not enough room for me and the exwife......
Joking aside it is so much nicer here. I live 11 miles from work and it takes me 15 minutes to drive it. (any time of day). I remember sitting on a sheet of ice for 2+ hrs on Garden of the Gods road. Lately too many people have been coming to this area also. Too many foolish politicians trying to "grow the economy". People are also moving from all the little towns to the cities here... I hope to move from the city to a smaller town but we still need to work....The farvorite past time in eastern KS is mowing....You have to mow here all the time.....but you don't water so it is a balance....Sorry to steal this thread.........
