I know it's Canadian $$ and that you're close to the mills but any idea what the materials cost was?

Nice shed, insulated too. Love the fishin' hole. Both videos work.

Thanks - yeah fully insulated - you can "heat it with a candle". No fixed heater installed but I can turn ON/OFF a portable electric heater from my house to get some pre-warming.

Have to say I really would be guessing if I put a number out there. I haven't been doing any similar project recently so kind of out of tune with prices and all. But at least I can say it cost me nothing in terms of labour. I did use pressure treated wood skids and sill plates and pressure treated plywood for the first floor layer. I installed rigid foam board over the pressure treated layer and then over that the finish flooring is 1/2 in plywood. So all of that was fairly costly but should last "forever".
