The hyd. top link makes it a breeze to adjust the angle of the box blade. Small adjustments to the angle make a huge difference to how the Box blade will cut/smooth the ground. So instead of having to manhandle the box and adjust the top link urself manually each time, you can just move the lever for the hyd. top link to do it whenever you want.
