The ceiling and trusses where next. Because the roof bends, I needed wood that would bend on the ceiling. I went with 1x6 cedar fencing. It was cheap, it was super thin, which meant it was easy to bend, and it looks nice.
I also used the fence boards for the soffit. I installed them so they barely overlapped, which put them at an angle. Kind of like lap siding, but upside down. The idea came from looking at the underside of a mushroom. I wanted that sort of a look, but I also had to seal it off and make it solid.
There are two very simple trusses. Basically, they are just triangles. To dress them up, I cut a board to mount to the peak of the truss that made it look like a heart. Purely decoration, but a fun way to make it look nicer in my opinion.
The ceiling fans are nice when its hot out. I ran the wiring down to the bottom of a post off to the side with a short extension cord sticking out of a junction box. This makes it easy to set my generator up 100 feet away, where it's quiet, and plug it into the gazebo for power.
