My Wife Bought Me A Tractor

I know Father's Day was last week;but, I'm just getting around to posting. We recently purchased a home on ~8.5 acres which is out of control. So...to motivate me into getting it into shape my wife's Father's Day gift to me was a Kubota L3400 with FEL, box blade, and rotary cutter.
It was delivered yesterday and I'm out of town working;so, I haven't seen it yet. I'm new to tractors so I'm sure I'll have lots of questions later on. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

That sure was very nice of her. I bet by the time you do get home there will be plenty of "projects" for you to do. And of course "projects" mean seat time. Laugh about that if you want but that is exactly what my wife did. I didn't even realize it until I ended up calling the dealer and asking why I hadn't recieved a payment book yet for the tractor. They told me that everything was in my wife's name. That in fact, the delivery guy had made a mistake by letting me sign for the tractor and they needed it all redone with her signature.

Congratulations on the tractor. All that work doesn't seem like work when its done from the seat of a tractor. At least it makes it a lot more enjoyable.

Someday down the road you may want to get rid of the tractor but hold on to that wife ... she's a keeper.
