I'm amazed that some of the leftist-leaning representatives are not ranting and raving about this legislation. And to boot, this article comes from the Washington Pest, err, Post.

An interesting concept from the state that was going to help the Clintons by prosecuting the woman who taped Monica.
So, now you don't dare communicate in Maryland, and you best not get caught getting water from your own well, unless the state meters it, and Baltimore has the Poop Police to enforce the dog crap pile limitation on your own land.
Sort of sounds like Califoolya has an east coast equivilent.
Gosh, why would you call it a People's Republic?
