I have a CK30 and I think I have the same clunk you are describing, from what I can tell the loader quick release pins will allow the loader to jump every once in a while. I think it will occur when you somehow go from lifting/digging force and all of a sudden roll the bucket back and push up on the loader frame in the opposite direction if you know what I mean.
