I think it is a Tushogg and the company is located in I believe Lubbock, Texas. You will be happy with it. It is heavy but works great. Go slow and you will be happier!

I don't think so. This is the tooth configuration on a Tushogg (minus the barbed wire ).

Yeah I'm not seeing it either especially when comparing drums and cutter teeth the tushogg is pretty easy to tell apart from the rest.
