I am set close on my dream...23 wooded mostly flat acres with a creek running through it. It is bounded by a ridge to the north and a valley to the south.

I am buying a Kubota B3300SU with the BH attached and a 5 ft box blade for my dirt work (and other work) and extending a gravel drive.

I've been helped tremendously by this forum and hope to contribute my progress and my pain along the way to building my new home and life with my wife and 10 yr old and 8 year old boys there.

Boys need woods, dirt, streams, and of course tractors you know. Even big boys.

Dream...hmmm....

I will build my new home and want to get it as close to self sufficient as possible. I want to clear areas in the center of the property for gardening and play. I want to broaden the banks of the creek at the eastern end and dam up the creek to form a pond for fish and water.

Mostly I want a private place to play in the dirt ......:thumbsup:

It's a long term dream but a lot of short term work. I'll be able to devote most weekends to it given my job responsibilities.
