Agreed with the "Come on, let's be good neighbors" tone to your post. You gotta live together out here in the country. We have certain understandings. If I borrow it, if I break it, I fix it" that kind of thing. We get along and take care of each other. Neighbor do for neighbors.
That all said, knowing property lines also makes for good neighbors. Just sayin' Iron pins save a lot of friendships.
