If that beautiful puppy were mine I would name him Buddy. Think a few months down the road,if you take two steps he will be there, he will be your best friend thru hard times as well as good times,he will protect you from adversity,he will love you no matter the situation,he won't complain on bad days,he will cheer you up when you are down.He will be there when others desert you. Can't use "Duke" -- my neighbor has a Ridgeback mix by the same name.
The other dogs' names are Rage, Bert, Breezy and Roxy. I was thinking of calling him MacBert (son of Bert) but I don't think the naming committe (Mrs. jpr62902) will approve. I'll run the rest of your suggestions by the boss tonight. Thanks, everyone, and keep them names comin'!
