A buddy of mine has a 1920 with a 12x4 tranny.. he broke the 'handle' off his tranny dipstick.. the one near your right toe. he ordered a replacement.. and the database only shows 1 number.. however his new stick is an inch longer. I had a 1920 for a few years but have no idea how long the stick was. The 12x4 tranny is an open sump machine.. not sure about the 12x12... anyone know what the dipstick length is... perhaps someone would be good enough to run out and measure from bottom of stick to the point it enters the 'handle'. My 'guess' is there may be 2 different sticks between the 12x4 and 12x12 models.
I'll pass on any info.. thanks
