I've seen several websites where wolks have bought these and have modified them with heaters/fans/etc and really made a very nice setup for very little $$$$$

I have mine for 3 seasons now and they work great, has held up to 24" of snow. I use it to extend the season, starting seeds early and starting tomatoes in the summer and then having tomatoes until November is nice. I have not added heat to go year round, it is too far from the house. I added a vent near the bottom and added an automatic vent on the roof hatch. This keeps temps down in the summer.

I used the FEL to dig about a foot deep, added a gravel base and brick pavers for the floor. It sits on 6" by 6" pressure treated timbers. I made 2 level benches to fit on either side of the door opening.

The directions are not great, but between the web site above and figuring it out took us a few hours. For $239 it is really a great buy if you have a small garden and just want to see how they work. I think when the kids go off to college in a few years and have more time, we will invest in a year round greenhouse based on our experience with this one.
