Need advice 3rd function diverter on Case Farmall

I have a newer Case 75C with factory installed front 3rd function diverter. I have a couple of thing to figure out.

First, for some reason the factory installs 2 female Flat face couplers. Not sure what they are thinking. So should I switch out the coupler to be one male and one female? Should I switch my implements to both male. Only 1 to switch at this point. Should I use a female to male adapter and leave it. Nothing is going to come with 2 male couplers. Just want it to be correct you know… I am working with the dealer to straighten it out to something workable, so they will provide what I need.

Second thing is the joystick has 2 buttons. Since I haven’t been able to hook anything up to the 3rd function I am not sure what the 2nd button does…. The right side button diverts, I have dead headed it to test and it reacts how it should with curling. But nothing happens when I press the left button and curl. So haven’t figured what it does….
