A Sub-Compact Utility Tractor would be something you would like, and then love. Something like:

• Kubota BX series
• John Deere 1XXX series
• New Holland TZ seties
• Kioti CS series

Go to a dealer or two try them out - After the Coronavirus lockdown has passed --- Oh wait, you're in Florida :cool2:

How is the OP going to use the box blade, and the tiller that he plans to get?

OP, I think you will have to "over-shoot" a little bit, to get a machine that will handle all you want to do, which is most likely a SCUT.

Look at the smallest models for each manufacturer that you're interested in (ie: BX1880, 1025E, etc..), and consider a new rig. With discounts & interest rates (0%) as they are, you might not be much higher than a used rig once it's all said & done, depending on how you plan to purchase/finance.

Oh, and I would highly recommend a FEL, even if you're not sure how you'd use it. For now.

I just showed that to show what is available in his area and price. it does have a loader though. There's not much in his area on Craigslist or Tractorhouse.

You are right. I guess that makes the point that what he really needs is a SCUT.
