I'm also in the market for a 3pt blower. What did you pay for the 54" blizzard? I got a price of $2350 for that unit from a local JDdealer and $2300 for a 60" meteor in the Hudson Valley?

Hi Ray. I paid 2299 plus tax for the blizzard. A local dealer here, meteor 51" WITH adjustable shoes goes for 2299. Keep in mind that the adjustable shoes might not be included in your price and are optional.

Thanks for the replies. I purchased a 54" blizzard and am working on the parts to make the chute an electric rotation. I will post pics when I get it .Thanks again!!

Good for you.!! You bought the right size for your tractor. Blizzard makes a good blower and I believe you will enjoy the unit.

After going through the same search you are going through I bought one of these Product Comparison Page
It's a walk behind, I will mount it on the tractor bucket or carry-all. I would rather spend money on new boat electronics. I made my choice based on my needs and wants.
Hope you find what you need.
