Pump says CCW so do not think it is reversable.

Then you will need a directional valve for Forward/Neutral/Reverse....I would go with an electric solenoid valve, and use a 3 position switch to choose F/N/R....speed will be by the pump lever, if one motor/tire/track slips, I would use brakes to transfer power to motor/tire/track with traction....

A variable flow divider would be another solution.....

The pump could still be bi-directional. The CCW is the direction of rotation of the input shaft, but if the pump is bi-directional, then the flow can be reversed without reversing the directional of rotation of the input shaft.
