Need another tractor

My Simplicity 9020 has been workrd hard and put a way wet in the last 25 years. The bucket is warped, the hydralic pump needs to be thumped to start it, and the front wheels want to turn by themselves with a heavy load. Also uses a little oil and will foul the plugs. Looking at a 1610 with bucket, power shift, brush hog to begin with. My wife spends as much time on the tractor as I do. She likes the FX series because of the bigger seat and leg room. What FX series matches up with the 1610? Help

The FX16D would be the closest.

You might want to consider power steering or a small bucket. I have a FX24D & with a full bucket it can be a chore to steer. FX's are great tractors though. Just moved 20 tons of 2" stone and 20 tons of sandy backfill in a little over 2 hours while creating and grading a parking area on a job.

Hi,
Just got that FF165 in that we talked about on the phone. Looks like a nice little tractor so far. But give me a few days to drain and service it...Check the tranny, clutch, electrical, and give the engine a thorough going through. Plus, I need to puton a standard three point assembly and get new front tires on it.. the others are a bit weather checked, and I like to run them out a bit and make sure there's nothing goofy going on before you would take it home. It sounds like your in a bit of a pinch for needing another tractor. So if you like it and it works for you I'll be happy to work out a deal for you on one of my rental tractors while we wait for your loader to be installed. Let me know Cowlitz Tractor Inc.

I got a tractor from Buck and he has been very helpful. I would buy another one from him in the future if and when I need one.
I have had some problems with the one I got from Buck and he has been willing to help me with it.

No funny stuff at EFC ....
