Need attachment

I have a Kubota BX with FEL. I can level with FEL but I have nothing to tear up dirt to prepair for grass planting. Any ideas of something to pull or attach to 3PH. Thanks for any comments.

How much money do you have to spend for this? How much land and is this a one time deal? Renting a 3ph tiller for your tractor might be most economical. I bought a Leinbach "yard tool" used for $250 and used it several time with very nice results. Yard Tool
It's over 500 lbs and does a nice job at leveling, too.
