need cheap source to fill tires ballast

Check with your local parts stores for washer fluid in 55 gallon drums. Last year I scored some on close out at a local Advance Auto Parts store in Conover for $1 a gallon. Those were in the 1 gallon containers so I stocked up. They also had Peak Lifetime Antifreeze for $8 a gallon. I bought a bunch and then had my wife pick some more up. Always need it. I received a 25% off black Friday coupon from them that is good up through today and checked their prices on wiper fluid and it is at $3 a gallon. This may not be an option but if you could wait until spring of the year those prices should come down.

Need to load tires, a couple years ago washer fluid was a 1.00 a gallon, now just shy of 2. Anyplace sell bulk, or any suggestions for ballast. temps near 0 sometimes, so can't freeze.

Watch for WW fluid to go on sale. It does periodically.
You should still eventually be able to find it (-20F) at around $1.29/gal.
If you are a veteran, and it is on sale at HD or Lowe's, you will get another 10% off.
I have found that the individual gallon price on sale, is always less than the 55 gal. bulk price.
I have 80 boxed gallons sitting on a pallet in my barn. A year ago, paid $1.20/gal.+ tax, on sale at HD.
