Need FWD Axle for YM1110D

Anybody out there have a good used front axle for a YM1110D? Tractor is in excellent shape otherwise, but the front axle is trashed!

It was run for a long time with nothing but mud for lubrication. Apparently the seals went bad and were not replaced. I understand that in Japan, these tractors often sit in flooded rice paddies for months. I can get all of the required parts new to repair it except for the tower gears. The needle bearings were in little bits, and the inside of the tower gears, as well as the vertical pivot shaft on which the tower gears run were chewed up pretty badly. I attached a photo - as you can see, the rest of the gears aren't in great shape either.

The tractor was a free-bee, but I've already rebuilt the engine, with the promise of parts available for the axle, only to find later that the dealer could find only one of the two tower gears shown to be available. I would hate to leave the tractor like it is. I suppose an alternative would be to grind the shafts and the gears, and try to put sleeves in there along with new needle bearings. Or just make it 2wd....

I have a front axle from a YM155D. it might be the same thing. Check it out, it may be just what you need. Gary J.

Thanks for the offer, but I already have a front axle from a YM135D (YM1100D), but they are very different. The YM155D has the same front axle as the YM1300D, which is bigger still than the 1100D axle.

The YM1110D has a smaller axle than the 1100D, and it is of a different design. I still haven't determined if the drive ratio is the same for the 1110D and 1100D. If it is, I can use the 1100D axle I have, but I would rather have the right one.

Thanks to those who have given me leads on possible sources for an axle. So far, none have panned out. I'm still looking....
