Need help hydraulics?

Was Bush hogging today and everything was normal. Raised the three point and it won't go back down. The linkage looks intact. The loader arms and transmission (HST) operate as normal. I did see that the hydraulic sight glass looks empty. No leaks seen but definitely empty.
I'll get more fluid tomorrow and fill it up until the sight glass is halfway again, but . . .
Any ideas what might be going on? Surprised it is staying up instead of dropping and surprised everything else working fine.

Check the 3ph drop rate knob (usually in front of the seat)...they tend to get bumped and if it got closed it will prevent the 3ph arms from lowering...
