I need to rebuild a lift cylinder on my loader on a B6100 tractor. Local dealer says that until I can give him a model number for loader he cannot help me getting a rebuild kit. I have cleaned it, search high and low but find no indication of what model it is. If someone recognizes this loader or can give me an idea how to research it, I would appreciate it.

Thank you
Jenn

It took me a little while to realize the loader arm cylinder has been removed.

Kubota, like many tractor manufacturers, often had independent machinery manufacturers build implements like loaders for them and paint them orange.

This practice continues today for snow blowers.

Rather than work through a Kubota dealer, I suggest you contact local hydraulic repair facilities to see if any could rebuild your cylinders.

The B6100's I see on line have replaced their loader cylinders with new ones.

As said, go to a business that services hydraulic equipment.

Thanks for the quick replies. My first thought was to have a shop rebuild it for me but the prices I have found to rebuild are $290-$350. That is what set me on the path to rebuild myself.

Post some pictures of the problem cylinder.

Measure retracted and extended length between mounting pins.

Here are some details:
retracted length: 23"
extended length: 33 1/2"
shaft dia: 1 1/8"

First photo: floating, bucket end
Second photo: end fixed to loader frame
Third photo: complete cylinder

Thank you

B-219 was made for B7100 and B6100 loaders.

See attached ad page.

I cannot get Messicks on line parts to recognize a B-219 loader.

The Kubotabooks.com B-219 shows the seal kit as 70050-00123

Again, I cannot get Messicks to recognize that part number.

The internal seals will all be generic O rings. The wiper seal is just for keeping the shaft clean and does not stop leaks.

You could try contacting Farm King who sell Allied loaders. I suspect the B-219 may have been made by Allied before they were taken over.
