Need Help Picked up a Project RTV 900 won't start

I've done about 20 of those 900 projects, helping friends.
They bring me the pumps & injectors & I'll go thru them & help install & get it running..
ALL OF THEM had bad fuel, stuck injection pumps & half had compression issues..
I normally use an old injector to make my compression tester adaptor BUT I leave them w/ the machine so I don't have one to send you or I would..
I've never rebuilt the engines but they must be fairly easy,?? seeing some of the guys had very little mechanical experience & did it in a couple of days w/ the service manual.. OR the book is REALLY GOOD..
Had 1 fella pick one up for 300.00.. I did the pump & injectors & come to find out, it had compression issues.. rebuilt the motor & sold it for THOUSANDS.. he had about 900.00 in it.

So somehow I deleted my last post.

I got the workshop manual and tore into the machine last week. Once I got the engine out, cleaned up, and in some good light I found the head cracked and cylinders 1 and 2 scored. It will need a deep overhaul or replacement engine. Since I don't know if the transmission is good, I'm going to punt on the project.
