im sure hoye has them but you probly get the mssg that this part is not listed... we have 40,000 parts.. They have it but you have to call and talk to the parts guy and he can tell you the part number to type into your order or can take your order over the phone. Just a word of wisdom Hoye dosent list other ship methods not sure if they will first class mail orings or other small stuff if asked but their minimum amount they list for shipping is something like $14.40, that would be an expensive o-ring, say 1.99 for the part but delivered to your door $16:eek: Better find all the things you need or will need for the next serveral months or maitenance jobs and place a large order that shipping eats you up. That is the one thing i wish hoye did is have USPS mail so they can first class the small things or use priority mail which on the things i have ordered would have saved me $5 or more per shipment, and then you would just order that $2 oring cause whats another $2 to throw it in an evvolope and let the mail guy get it, and hey $4 for an o-ring is alot but if you live in the middle of nowhere like a lot of us where else you going to get it, for me it would be a ride to town and $4 to get going again in 4 days is nothing. sorry for the rant.

Almost everything I need comes in the mail. I too live in the boonies. Can't even find a decent pizza in the nearest town, much less even common parts needed for basic repairs. Guess I'll pull the screen and see what's up in there. Besides, laying on the barn floor under the tractor and then sitting around waiting for parts is all I can do right now after my dumb-@ss move the other day. (Off the tractor, rolled off the edge of a small stump, and 3rd degree ankle sprain)

Here you go .Here is just how bad it was. This is cleaned as best I could get it. Notice the forma gasket still on it and what looks to be were they tried to repair the screen. I new it was best for me to replace it.

Is that much grit normal on the hydraulic filter? I would be really uncomfortable knowing that much stuff was getting into my hydraulic oil. I've never seen a screen pulled out before, but it looks excessive. Someone with more experience than me want to comment?

That is about what mine looked like except that mine had a hole in it.:( I think that the suction of the pump pulled the hole.

Hoye has sent me parts both by USPS and ups. Depends on the size or weight of order. They sent me tie rod boot covers USPS. I waited about a week , didn't recieve them, called Hoyes, they shipped them 2nd time. Recieved both shipments in about three more days. No fault of them. They offered to pay shipping back on first order. Because of low cost I just kept the parts. Not sure what shipping was but it wasn't $14.40.

ok just went and put the fuel filter o-ring in my cart it was .96 cents and i did get the option of privite party for 5.99. That still seems high to me. The plastic bag it comes in will fit in a regualr envolope that is .44 cents charge me 10 cents for the envolope and $1 for the guy to stuff it were at say $1.5 for shipping. I ordered a carb kit for my chain saw and a fuel line both shipped in padded envolopes and i paid no more than $3 for each seperate shipping charges. I know a usps flate rate box would have held my stuff and cant remember but i think it was a ~$14 box but hoye charged me like $21 for ups. Yea it got here to SC in like 3 days but man i would rater wait another day or two for the $6 savings, if given the option, if i want it bad if given the option i will pay the upgrade to ups.

I sure i will get jumped on. And yes i know it is cause they dont want to go to more than one place to ship, but now the mailman can pick up usps packages at your house/business there trying to compete. I like getting things cheap as possible.

I would never order just "O" rings. You can buy "O" rings almost anywhere, Harbor Freight, Home Depot, Lowes, parts stores, etc.
