Price Check Need help w/BX22 Price

Hi All - I havent been around for a while and now need some advice. I bought my BX22 last Feb. in NJ and it looks like i now need to sell it. I was hopeing someone could help me determine what a fair resell price would be. It is a BX22 TLB with 4/way valve, 60 inch mower w/mulch kit, bolt on toothbar, optional rubber stabilizer pads, engine block heater. Its garage kept and has 99 hours on it. I dont mean for this to sound like an advertisment, but i have less than 1 month before I have to relocate. Im trying to determine a fair price so that I wont completly lose my shirt, but attractive enough so it will move the machine quickly. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

I have a buddy wanting to sell his bx22 with 84 hours for $12,500, I think that is an excellent buy, If I had a buyer for my bx 2200, I would buy it.

paco- that is a great DEAL! Hell I was thinking of selling my BX22 with 72 hours with mower and asking $14,400. Great deal you friend has.

It's the best deal I have seen, He traded a bigger kubota in on the bx when he got it, so maybe that has something to do with him pricing it so cheap. If it were mine, $12,500 would not buy it.
