That plow is absolutely complete...as a matter of fact, the front shear(point) looks almost unused. As far as the "two different wheels", that plow has a clutch located in the "studded" wheels hub that raises and lowers the plow as the wheel turns. The clutch is activated by the lever that has the line/rope attached to it. The line was used to allow the tractor operator to pull the rope to lower or raise the plow without getting off the tractor. I'm not sure, but I think that Deere used the "one bolt" plow shares (pls don't hold me to that). I'm pretty sure it isn't an IH due to the rear furrow wheel and the the one bolt shares. Great find!!
