I had heard that if you put a white cord low to the ground that it would work WELL I put up some electric fence 1/2 in tape all along the shore line in my yard about 8 in. high and it is hooked up to the fencer. Well it has been 4 days and NOT ONCE has a goose came on the lawn. I have several geese staying on my lake and their favorite food sorce is my lawn. I have had over 250 at one time on the lawn and I have tried every thing to scare them off. They are so smart that they even know when we were gone. When the garage door would open they would start heading for the lawn as they knew we were leaving. I had hear that the cord thing would work but didn't believe it but I have been getting desperate so thought I would try it. As I was putting it up they were out on the lake honking. must be something they don't like about it.
