need help with deere 1600 wide area mower

Hi, thanks for reply. Hoses don’t get too hot at all. They are warm but can hold them fine

Still seems like blades turn slower than I would expect at full throttle. Changed hydraulic filter and no better.

Would anyone have any other suggestions on how to speed up the blades.
