Hi Joe,

Another great product is PB Blaster, it'a a penetrating oil I've had great luck with. Is the mowing frame mounted (mule drive)on the tractor?

I think once you get e diagram it will all make sense.

I've used large breaker bars with pipe extensions and a block of wood to keep the blade from turning, once they're off, grease them with a lithium or white grease before replacing, they'll come right off next time.

Yeah, I did too--but all I found was tractor or engine manual--no deck manual. Thanks though.

I'm guessing that deck is the 44C, what specifically are you looking for. I probably have a diagram or something close.

Also, for NCIT, the 44C might be pretty similar to the deck on your 169. My 149 was very similar to the 44C on an 1860 I owned. I can scan the deck and mule drive and email them to both of you if you're interested.

The deck info plate says 441U111--nothing else.
