Price Check Need help with pricing a TC33D

I have a TC33D with HST, Super-steer, 80 hours, 72" 914A deck and turf tires. I am in the Kansas City area. The tractor is a 2003 model. It is in great shape. It was washed after each use and stored inside. I need help figuring out how to price this. The only modification is a rear facing bolt-on light that I added. I do have a 6' blade too. I only have one picture of it right now and that was before I put the deck on.

I'm about to buy a TC35D, 16LAfel, & a 6' box blade with 114 hrs. Mint condition except for a cracked/smashed spot on the hood for $15,000.
