I just started trying out Google Sketch yesterday. Pretty cool program. I've been wanting to design and build my own york rake. It wont be the first time I've built attachments, but when ever I do, I run into one simple problem...
I've got a BX 1500. The tractor sits so low that even when I raise the 3PH all the way, the bottom of the implement in the back doesnt come up as high as I would like it to so that it doesnt interfear with objects. So I need to figure out how to get it higher. Would this design work? Ive seen it on a brush hog but wasnt sure what they had it for. Does it make the very back low spot raise higher?
Or should I lower the 2 bottom points on the rake so that the 3PH arms are lower to begin with so then it will raise it higher?
Any ideas?
Thanks
Hope the picture isnt confusing. If it is I can try to explain how it works. (2 hitch pins will be used. One on the rake to the adapter, and one from the adapter to the top link)
