NEED HELP

THE OTHER DAY I TRIED TO START MY KIOTI DK45S CRANKED OVER ABOUT FOUR OR FIVE TIMES THEN A PUFF OF SMOKE CAME OUT FROM UNDER THE HOOD WHEN I CHECKED TO SEE WHAT HAD HAPPENED FOUND THE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE HAD SHORTED OUT REPLACED CABLE BUT NOW NO START IT DOSE CRANK OVER BUT NOT GETTING FUEL ENGINE FUEL IS CLICKING AND SECOND LIGHTER CLICKSHORTLY AFTER ALL LIGHTS ARE WORKING GLOW PLUG EXCERTA

Must be a blown fuse some place ( ? )try placing your hand on the fuel relay to feel if it clicks when you turn the key on as well as try the same thing on the fuel solenoid.

They do appear to be working they click when the ignition is turned on and all fuses are good
