Plugged DPF

I have a 2017 CK3510 that became plugged because a probe came out of the DPF. I sent the filter and had it cleaned and baked for 12 hours. The paperwork showed the flow results as clean. I installed it and it ran for 30 seconds and shutoff. I unhooked the battery to hopefully reset the ECM and it still only ran for 30 seconds. Now it wont start. My code reader wont read anything. Has anyone else had the issue? If so how did you solve it and what was it? Thank you in advance.

You may have to contact a dealer on this one, the computer is probably still reading high, because it was never reset.
