Buying Advice Need implements for Satoh Beaver 4x4

Evening,
Here's something I learned. My tractor must have already been configured, because the PTO spins clockwise. However, when I put the Kubota tiller that my dad used on his little Seiki (?) it swung to the left and no matter if I put it up or down, it wouldn't straigten out. Any advice?

Sounds like you need to adjust your three point control chains, and perhaps the lower arms. Hard to know what your set up looks like (seems like everyone has a little different system), Probably lift the implement then shut off the tractor while you mess with the chains. I don't get to Amity too often but Dallas isn't too far if you really get in a bind.

I have a tiller and just priced a reverser box, $750 i can look up the number for it, or where to get it anyway

I guess you dont need a reverser, but some had a category 0 which means you might want to get larger arms for the hitch, but since its already reversed, i would say thats been done too

Hey guy's. I just bought a s370d yesterday and was playing on it, and i love it. It came with a 4' douglas mower and a 4' snow plow. I'm going to start looking for a small bottom plow and tiller right away, any suggestions would be appriciated. Looking forward to chatting and maybe i'll send some pictures because this thing is a 70's model, all original and looks like it has barely been used.

Well, new day, new issues. When I went down (once it stopped raining long enough) I unhooked the tiller, but the PTO will not stop turning now. When we first tried, it looked like it worked in a couple of the slots, but now it goes while in any of the 5 holes. I'm getting frustrated because I didn't check out the PTO issues before I bought it, and now reading posts, I think I might have got in over my head. I was just so excited to finally find a small tractor to use to save my back. Cleaning up after 8 horses at my age was getting a bit difficult.:ashamed:

Are you saying it keeps turning while in the neutral slots?
There are always kiotis, kubotas, IH and Masseys that you can get small diesels in.

I found a small single row spring cultivator today that will fit these, local dealer says he wants $125 for it. Has a couple bush hogs 48" but i would want a bigger tractor than the 2cyl... $300, it doesnt have the pto receiver, so you could slide an 18 spline on it or whatever. Could probably spot a good deal on craigslist, but this guy is a dealer.

No matter where I move the lever, the PTO turns. I'm afraid I stripped a gear or something when I had the tiller attachment slide sideways on me. I'll dig up the manual and see if it has anything on it. Mostly, I think it's a parts manual, not a user manual.

Where are you located? I have searched Craig's list, that's where I found the tractor, but I haven't been lucky enough to find anything else.

Can someone remind me, what HP the S370D 4x4 is? I was thinking I was told 18, but I'm suspecting smaller.

Its a 15 hp. 1300lbs.

I would like to know if there is a mitsubishi counterpart to the beaver, like the same tractor with different designation and hood ornament?

I am able to find attachments for mitsu but not satohs

Thanks, and I did find in the manual that it's 15HP, also found a decal that has 1-N-2-N-3 for the PTO, so yes, it spins in neutral

Does anyone know what could cause this problem and how I can fix it????

I will start to look for mitsubishi parts, maybe I'm being too specific.
