Kioti RX6010PS Mahindra 3510 Sold (Gonna miss that ole girl)
I am in the process of retrofitting my RX6010 to accept my Mahindra 509 backhoe attachment. I am looking for the correct match paint and no one seems to have anything, I was going to just use spray cans if I could find a match. Does anyone know if the Kobota orange is the same color or do you know of something that would match. I tried the Rustoleum and Valspar gloss orange and they appear to have too much yellow in them making them a lighter color.

Auto paint dealers should be able to mix up a match and put it in a spray can.

Someone said on here once and I have used it, Chevrolet Orange is a good match. I also had some gray that matched almost perfect, don't remember the color name but can look in shop tomorrow if you need to know.

Chevy engine Orange is a good match

Kubota II is a perfect match.. there are two Kubota colors the original old Kubota and the new Kubota, sometimes called Kubota II.

My dealer said the color on my tractor, 2013 manufacture, is called "New Orange"

You're attempting to paint your Mahindra hoe Kioti orange? Is that correct?

This spring when they delivered my DK40, the boom cylinder was cracked at the fitting. They sent a guy to replace the case when the part came in. He told me they had Kioti orange spray paint at the dealership if I wanted to spray over the scratches he made on the cap.

I found some "Mystik" brand spray at TSC called A/C Orange that is a pretty good match.

Rustoleum has an Allis-Chalmers orange in their farm and implement line too.

Yes I am retrofitting my 509 hoe to fit the RX6010, I completed the installation of the subframe tonight, now I have to spread out the hanger attachments on the backhoe. The Mahindra had a 28 1/2" spread between the subframe arms and now they are 42" apart on the RX6010. I picked up some of the Duplicolor Chevy orange engine paint and it it a perfect match, you guys are a big help. I am going to be painting the entire backhoe to match the tractor.

Murphy1224 strikes again. :D
Murphy was the one that told me about the Chevy Engine Orange, I love the way he just says "its a good match".

Yep, he was right on with the suggestion. I'm a Ford man head to toe and it sure was hard for me to buy Chevy paint but, sometimes you just gotta do what makes sense. :)

Well if it doesn't stick good or fades at least you'll know why :)

Don't worry I use to be a diehard Ford guy until the 2004 New body style, said it was the quietest Ford in the cab ever, they were right, could hear ever dash rattle real well because it was so quite (don't buy first year of any new design, lesson learned), it also had a vibration at 65 mph (vibrated the whole truck, and not tire related, felt like engine or trans flexplate was out of balance). I was told that Ford was aware of the vibration and it was not a problem just a characteristic flaw, I then bought a Chevy.
SO you'll be okay, the shock of anything Chevy will wear off after a while, trust me I know. :)
I had some old Kubota II paint I tried it and it did not match as well as the Chevy Engine orange did.

When you paint the hoe get some hardner to go with the paint to give it extra hardness and a longer life. I did this when I painted my hood. The bodyshop buddy of mine added it for the above reasons.
