Hello,

Well I must have hit a rock or stump or something because I banged up my hydraulic line from hydraulic filter binding up my throttle linkage underneath and other tubing. What I need is something like JohnMillerIII has on John Deere specs. I have the workshop manual and owners manual but no parts manual and I need to see what parts I may have damaged on the ends of the tubing. You guys are all full of it.../w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif...information that is and hope someone can help me here. Thanks a ton TBNer's.

on edit: I almost forgot the suction line that leads from the hydraulic filter has a descent bind in it now but it's not by anymeans blocking all of the flow but am wondering if you guys think that even a small restriction should be corrected?

Darin, if nobody comes through with the parts breakdown your dealer should be able to run some copies for you. You may have a tough time deciphering what's what though. Those lines are usually represented on multiple pages. So take a good mental picture of what you need. As far as the suction line being bent, it's a good idea to replace it if it's a fairly good size ding. One reason for restriction, but the main reason I would replace it is because of the way it seals in the trans case. If it was enough to knock the o-ring out of position you could develop a leak there. A small leak may not be a big deal as far as leaks go but the main problem with a suction line leak is it will affect your hyd system performance and could damage the pump.

Thanks Kubmech. Yeah I already have the leak at the trans case because it was push upward. I moved it back down but was worried about air intrusion(sp?) cavitating the pump... Shoot I know that line is going to cost some good $$$. /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif although better than replacing a pump or more. I am going to have to get on this sooner than I thought. Thanks again.

Darin,

You might also try TractorSmart for the parts manual. They have Kubota parts manuals available for downloading free./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif You might have to contact them for the download address, since I didn't see it in their site map. Of course, they also sell parts at a very good price.
