need quick review on starting Kabota ZD21?

Just took over a property and have a Kabota ZD21 that I need some start up pointers on? The regular person used it fine 10 days ago. They moved. We are just caring for the place, while our special needs son attends a great school.

Make sure the parking brake is on and you should be fine. They do have glow plugs but shouldn't be mandtory at this point.

I don't have the owners manual, but to start mine, the PTO has to be off, the park brake set, both steering levers in the open position, and I have to be setting in the seat, it will start if I'm not in the seat, but I have to push down on the seat with my hand and it will start. First time I start it cold, I heat the glow plugs for five or ten seconds. If you release the park brake after it is running, it will shut down if you don't close the steering levers before about 15 seconds, or if you open the steering levers and don't set the park brake, it will shut down. Sure is a lot of stuff on the thing to try to protect the idiots.
