Need recommendations for used bush hog

I need a used 5 foot bush hog (rough cut mower) for my 35hp Ford 2000. I have a chance to buy a Woods Dixie Cutter M5 for $450. Looks to be an older model. Also looks pretty heavy duty but not pretty to look at. Does it sound like something to consider at that price? Will be mowing roughly 4 acres of easy to mow pasture.

The Woods Dixie Chopper is an excellent rotary cutter. I sold a 5 ft. trailer type Dixie Chopper last year for $300 and it was in excellent condition. If it had been a 3 pt I would have asked more.
